Hosting a neighborhood BBQ this weekend! Got 2 briskets, 4 butts, 25 lbs of drumsticks, and 160 little meatballs for MOINK. I expect half my neighbors will eat so much they won't be able to walk home.

Wife's birthday tomorrow, lot of family coming. I've got my first fatty, 3 chuck roasts for pulled beef, 3 racks of spares, and 2 pork butts going on tonight for an all nighter in the UDS. Tomorrow it'll be edamame beans, ABT's, and my first shot at moink balls. Hopefully we won't end up eating pizza.

Happy Phriday Phu!
Tomorrow we are having the whole extended famdamily over to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday. The menu will include two 10# butts, ABT's, baked beans, coleslaw, macaroni shrimp salad and peanut butter chocolate cream pie! Should be epic! I've also formulated in my mind a new entry for the summer of SPAM throwdown that may go together Sunday.
