Default Smokin' In Cincinnati!

At 51 years old I've just discovered the joys of slow smoking and grilling over charcoal! I have a Brinkman smoker/grill combo and am in the process of building my first Ugly Drum Smoker.

I really look forward to learning the ropes from you fine folks!

Thanks!
