Default Stuffed Chicken Breasts

So it's been a while since I've posted any pron...sorry guys, I've been busy...

We got home from our first comp of the year this weekend with a 8th place call in Brisket, 11th in Butts and 19th over all out of 83 teams and felt the need to celebrate...What better way than to stuff some bacon wrapped chick breasts with Gouda and Broccoli, seasoned with some Weber's Cajun seasoning and topped off with some shredded Parmesan? I cooked these on my SS Weber Performer (thank you CL), using my cast iron grate....

As Jeanie says..."thanks for looking"

That looks soooooo good! I'm going to try that someday, it might be easier if you just send me 10 or 20 lbs. of them.
