Default Buffalo Claws anyone?

Anyone had one of these? Looks interesting. It looks like a chicken wing portion stuffed with a shrimp with the tail hanging out for you to grab on to (yes, this is a real BBQ video, not manama).

I'm not sure about the bones. These look like the middle portion of the wing. I could see maybe stuffing the shrimp in between the two little bones perhaps. If you used a drummette, maybe it you deboned it you could replace the bone with the shrimp.

It got me thinking, that's why I shared.

It also looks like a lot of work, but might be good.
