Default Great chicken! (pic)

Decided to do my first whole chicken and it turned out fantastic!

Dried off the skin with paper towels, lightly oiled the whole outside and then patted it down with a generic meat rub. Lit up the akorn, put in my smoking stone and an empty drip pan. Kept it at 400 degrees for the majority of the cook. Dropped down to 375 for the last 20 minutes or so. I pulled it off at 165 IT and let it rest under foil for 10 minutes. Skin was om nom nom =D
