I bought this Old Country smokehouse from a guy and have some questions about setting it up.

I would like to extend the exhaust up and to the left to get the smoke out from under the covered patio. It would be about 18" to the left and 40" up.

The 2 stacks on it are 6". I will probably use it manually sometimes but most of the time will be using a pitmaster controller.

I was planning on using a 6" tee on the left pipe and a 90 on the right to tie them together but I need to figure out what size pipe to run from there.

Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions!

Sorry, I have no idea why the pictures are sideways.

Smokehouse has more exhaust than it needs - I run mine 1/2” Open so routing it with bends shouldn’t hurt it if using 6” piping.

If I understand correctly you are planning to run 2-6" tubes into one 6 in tube? If so, that could cause restriction problems somewhere down the road. If you want to keep the capacity up, install 6"-8" adapters on top of the 6" smoker pipes. Then tie them into an 8" "T" and run 8" out. 8" has approximately 3x more capacity than a single 6".

Correct but that Smoker only needs 2 - 3” stacks or 1 - 4-5-6” center stack anyways so he’ll be Ok
