Default First cook on my "free" weber

Didn't really feel like cooking today but the wife and kids pretty much demanded pork chops. So I dug some out of the freezer this morning. After a quick thaw. I got some Wally World briquettes going and a small chunk of cherry. While things was heating up I hit the chops with some Plowboy's Yardbird. Went indirect for 20 mins just to get some of the smoke in them. Then took em for a hot ride direct for just a couple mins on each side. Then put on some agave and some Williamson Bros Sauce and let them rest under a tin foil hat. Sorry no money shots. They turned out great and I'm liking the kettle!!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1361833985.107243.jpg

The kids look happy just knowing what's coming. Good use of a free Weber and well done!
