Side dish

My work is having a BBQ picinic in a couple of weeks and everything is provided except the sides so to get people interested in bring something they are doing a contest for the best side dish I was thinking of doing poppers does anyone have any sure fire winning side recipes they would like to share Ill make sure you get the credit Thanks. :clap2:

The bacon wrapped poppers are a great choice, they are always the first side gone when I make them for parties. I'm sure you will get some other great ideas as people post, this board is full of so many experienced, fantastic cooks. I did a smoked mac and cheese last week from a recipe on here and it was the best mac and cheese I've had.
