It was a pleasure judging there. I have to say that the consesus at our table was that the brisket category was the strongest and every brisket entry was very good. It was actually hard to pick the best, at least for me. Congrats to the 3Eyz crew and all who walked.
 
Congrats to Dan and all who move on. Special congrats from me goes to the Pigs on the Run team!!!!! My partner Rick cooked with them yesterday.

Congrats to all. This is gonna hurt Nelsonville a little I think. I think there are at least 3 teams are going to Sam's instead. Hope they get 25

Yes, well done guys. I wish I could have given you a bit of a challenge but when a kidney stone hit me at 6:45 AM Saturday morning.....the contest suddenly did not mean a rat's a$$ to me....and the scores reflected that! Good luck in Bentonville.

I appreciate the thought, but chicken gave us enough of a challenge. We were lucky to come away with this one. Hope your feeling better!
