Mac n cheese
Lobster mac n cheese
A grilled cheese bar with toppings such as: bacon, grilled onions, avocado, lobster, and roasted peppers.

Would you believe that this is for a 5 year olds birthday party?

This was only for 40 people, small potatoes.

Here are two photos I was able to get. The first showing the guests of honor, and the second of the gorgeous view we had of the fall colors in New England.

Couple pics of my stuffed pork loins. 3 total, with 2 being stuffed and the other not.

Just a two pound tri tip. Have it oiled up with SPG and in the fridge. Off for a little nap then a quick hour or so cook. And the wine will flow freely.

Tri tip on for the sear. Moved it to indirect, on to the panzanella.

In a follow up to the wedding I attended that was catered by a BBQ restaurant, the sides were the best items, all southern foods, but the pulled pork and pulled chicken were dry. I would have been embarrassed to serve that to anyone, let alone charge for it. The only sauces they served with it were a chipotle and a habanero, nothing mild, so I had to go to my house to get a mild sauce for my daughter to eat on her pork. Very disappointing.
