Default Apple Smoked Yardbird

In the still unnamed shelter

26” Kettle got the call to cook the chicken while I assembled my new cooking device.

Seasoned the chicken with Lamb rub and a topping of Q-Salt

The cook

New griddle assembled while the bird cooked

Sitting on cutting board resting before slicing

It was tasty!

Leftovers of that chicken, chopped and griddled with onions make a great taco or quesadilla filling...or nacho topping!

Looks great, you will enjoy that griddle , like the use of the Magnet , might see about a all metal 1 to attach to the griddle its self so it can be used while i'm cooking
