Oyster question for oyster folks
Here is what I used for the oysters I posted above. I think I added more bread crumbs to thicken it up a little.
Butter Sauce 1 stick of butter (softened) 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp plain breadcrumbs 1 Tsp minced Parsley 1 Tsp Black Pepper 1/8 Tsp Cayenne 1 Tsp lemon juice 1/2 cup white wine I also sprinkled some cheese across the top before I pulled them off the grill.
