Did I slice it the wrong way?


The taste was outstanding. I used Simply Marvelous sweet and spicy rub, with cherry chunks for smoke. Smoke for about 5 hours at 225.

I sliced the remaining half the other way, the meat was more tender.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like you were with the grain instead of against it.
