Default Sunday idnner yardbird on a stick

Rotisserie yardbird w/veggie rice, corn and cilantro.Went to HD they had K comp. It seemed to light faster everthig seemed the same.

Good lookin' eats right there! But as the 'Dog said, try some rub next time, it will do wonders for the flavor profile. Let's see here, what rub would you use on a "yardbird" ? Maybe Plowboy will chime in on this?

The bird has a rub mixed with the butter, the rub is lemon base no dark parts to the rub. The smoke was oak, I made the insurt rebar an sheetmetal,the rotisserie is from CG.
