I am a member of a social club in my town that has an inspected/licensed kitchen. I spoke with the president yesterday about possibly using it as my commissary. He was receptive to the idea and will bring it up at the next board meeting. One question he had though was how my use would affect the club.

Are there any liability issues for the club? Do I put the club on my policy? Do the health inspections change for the club?

Any feedback from you guys with commissaries would be great.
