Made west Texas chili today using leftover brisket slices and burnt ends from yesterday's cook. My chili includes charred and steamed sweet bell peppers, beans, and Nopalitos (cactus leaves). This is not your mom's hot dog chili.

I have had everything except the kitchen sink and cactus leaves in my chilli.
