Brisket Chili - Pic

Made west Texas chili today using leftover brisket slices and burnt ends from yesterday's cook. My chili includes charred and steamed sweet bell peppers, beans, and Nopalitos (cactus leaves). This is not your mom's hot dog chili.

Cactus leaves??? I can't get those up here!!! :sad:

I have had everything except the kitchen sink and cactus leaves in my chilli.

Check the Hispanic aisle at the grocery or go to an international market.
