Default A few opinions please....

I cater a bunch. Always my meat and sides, pricing not being an issue. I was asked to provide meat trays for a funeral (local boil order has local deli's closed, and we have different water source and are not affected).

How would you price sliced deli beef, turkey and ham, cheese with bread, chips, pickles and condiments for 120. I'm thinking cost times 2.5 or 3. Bought all supplies today at RD. Cost of supplies is about $200.00.

All depends on quality of the spread, but 120 people for $600 is $5/head. You might be able to go even $6/head or $700-$750 depending on local pricing, distance traveled, other service intangibles, etc...???
