Thought I'd have some smoked IPA beers with my chicken thighs tonight.... JK

Seemed like a good place to keep it from freezing in between sips. If some apple wood smoke would so happen to make it's way in then so be it! :biggrin1:


 
If your beef freezes, you need to drink faster. :wink:
 
Aw man....Stone is the best!

I lived 30 min from there when I was in San Diego. Needless to say I had one or two at the brewery....which has some yummy food as well!

I did chicken thighs on my mini yesterday. Looked a lot like your setup, with the reflectix, but minus the ND logo... and the snow.

I just kept my beer in the house.

I gotta have a beer near by when i smoking....can't seem to help it. ))) You didn't do jerk thighs by chance did ya?
