Started cooking the bacon and taters (tossed in evoo then dusted with DP Red Eye Express)

After toasting the mini-loaf, each half was dressed with 2 slices of cheddar, 3 slices of bacon and 2 slices of pepper jack and returned to the gasser

Meanwhile back on the kettle the linguisa and taters are done

Now I'm ready to fry the eggs, BUT one tried to escape. (Humpty Dumpty mod)

I captured 3 of his buddies. Sprinkled them with S 'n P and into the frying pan w/butter

The sammie was assembled. The bottom half (cheddar, bacon, jack) then linguisa, fried eggs, top half (cheddar, bacon, jack), then on the plate with the taters, and some weeds that found.

Lots of good tasting grub

Thanks for looking at my sammie.

Thanks to all for stopping by to check out my sammie.
It was a fun cook, and I'll do it again.
I was really busy, trying to keep them eggs from running off! :-D
Mods for next time. Gravy for taters :thumb: and eggs over medium, instead of over well.

Damn, you just reminded me how much I love breakfast! Great lookin' cook :-D

Yeah it is my favorite meal too, along with lunch and dinner and between meal snacks..:becky:

Nice! However, I gained 10 pounds just looking at it. :p

I think I did too, just afraid to get on the scales.
