Default First Smoke on new UDS w/Pron

This will be my first smoke on the new UDS. Pork spears for supper along with the wife's potato salad and baked beans...

Ribs ready for the smoker...

On the UDS smoking away for the first three hours..

More to come as the smoke progresses.
