Mother’s Day Chicken w/ sides (& Pics)

Even with the temperature reaching 97 on my patio we preceded with our Mother’s Day BBQ plans.

Started by putting the Corn on the lower grill

Looks like a fine plate of food. How did the plantains turn out?
Thanks. I liked them. Hard to describe the taste but I'd say it's something like a cross between a banana and a potato. I’m thinking them would take well to a slightly salty, sweet chili type of seasoning so I’ll be experimenting in the future.
