Nice, very nice! One word of advice though - buy every thing that you need for a comp & keep it in the RV, with your other set at home. You don't want to be 300 miles from home & remember that your T-pen is laying next to the Weber at home.

I agree. Nice thing is that I had bins just for comps. I emptied them and filled the RV.

Sweet! I predict you'll have fun with that even outside of comps. I hope you don't experience what I did -- when I got my van, comfort factor went way up and comp results went the other way!

loading and unloading an entire camp/cooksite into my Xterra is ubsurd at best.

I was checking the KCBS website and it said the dates are 9/3 & 9/4. That would make it a Sat/Sun event. Is that right? I've only heard of Fri/Sat events. Anyways I can make it on Sat only but still should be great fun!
