New member here, I hope to learn all the age old secrets to making good barbecue and maybe impress my wife and a few others.......:lol: As long as its edible I'll be happy. I found the website while trying to find a good smoker to buy, and after reading the thread on the UDS, I got to work right away on one for myself. I'll be sure and post some drum porn when finished. I'll see ya guys in the forums and awesome site guys!!!!
