Double Smoked Ham

I tried Dr. Chicken's Double Smoked ham recipe from the recipe database for our office Christmas luncheon. This was awesome and got lots of compliments. Its a great way to jazz up a cheap ham. If you haven't tried, you should.

It's a great recipe! I would make it more often, but my wife is not as much into sweet ham as the rest of us, so we try and compromise.
