Tried a few different things tonight not knowing what to expect.
2-4oz. Fillets with Salt and Pepper rub. Meat went onto the Hickory fired UDS till temp hit 130*. Pulled and then wrapped to hold till everything else was ready. Then threw them onto the Disc for a good searing.
Jalapeños, Mushrooms, Onions, Red pepper and Mango Butter sauce as a topping for the steaks.
Also tried those goofy taters that someone posted here two days ago,
with a twist. Just the addition of Jalapeños, my rub and later topped with cheese and fresh snipped Green Onions, also smoked for an hour or so.
Oh, and the corn with just the addition of more rub and butter.
Foiled for an hour and a half.
It was pretty tasty.

I'm sitting here in a hotel thinking about what to order off the limited room service menu and this is what you post.

Dude! That's some awesome grub.

Oh yeah...thats some mighty fine looking Grub! great job.

Good lookin' eats right there! I'd definitely devour that in a heartbeat.

Holy chit mang, you been holding out on us?

thats some good lookin food man but the rookie should know corn in iowa that looks like that we feed to the cows lolololol not the way you cooked just the size of the kernels lololol good lookin none the less

It is hard to get good corn down here anytime of the year!
The chit takes too much water, nobody even tries to grow it.
I miss good fresh sweet corn, but this ain't bad considering it is frozen Green Giant
and given the fact that I have forgotten what real corn tastes like.
I'm gonna grab some out of the deer feeder tomorrow and steam it!
