The fiancé was out of town last night and I made the exact same meal! Rib eye and some asparagus! The perfect meal!

Very nice! One of my favorite meals. Sometimes I also grill and onion an sautee mushrooms. Only when the wife is out of town. When I grill a whole onion and eat it my wife really doesn't want to be around.....

Agreed. There isn't much better tab a Vidallia onion with a dish cutout filled with butter and grilled! Unfortunately, tonight my belly ain't got no time fo' dat! I highly suggest vegetable kabob skewers when grilling steak with some planning. I'm a HUGE fan of grilling the entire meal so I have nothing to clean up!
