boneless pork spare ribs- hints , tips , suggestions?
Ive done regular baby back ribs but never boneless pork spare ribs. Any suggestions?? Im cookong them Sunday, so pRon will follow!!

Show us a pic of your boneless spare ribs. Never heard of such a thing.
Maybe you have country style ribs, which are strips of pork butt/shoulder.

LOL, bone in country style ribs. They just grabbed a butt and sliced it up on the meat saw. Nothing wrong with that.
As far as cooking, I haven't done any BBQ wise, but would think a slow cook till they are approaching probe tender, then maybe a quick reverse sear would turn out great. I've had good luck cooking them in the kitchen just using a frying pan and seasoning. Moist, tender, flavorful. It's good stuff for sure.
