Default boneless pork spare ribs- hints , tips , suggestions?

Ive done regular baby back ribs but never boneless pork spare ribs. Any suggestions?? Im cookong them Sunday, so pRon will follow!!

Show us a pic of your boneless spare ribs. Never heard of such a thing.

Maybe you have country style ribs, which are strips of pork butt/shoulder.

Here is the pic you asked for. One batch is boneless. The second pack looks exactly the same but with bone ??

LOL, bone in country style ribs. They just grabbed a butt and sliced it up on the meat saw. Nothing wrong with that.

As far as cooking, I haven't done any BBQ wise, but would think a slow cook till they are approaching probe tender, then maybe a quick reverse sear would turn out great.

I've had good luck cooking them in the kitchen just using a frying pan and seasoning. Moist, tender, flavorful. It's good stuff for sure.
