How much would you guys charge to cook 350 pieces of chicken? I quoted $400 if they provide the meat, $500 if I did. I can get 400 pcs for $72 plus tax. I'm I too low, ballpark , or overpriced?

I would let them supply the meat (, no question. + less hassle + it's Chicken)
I think I would take that gig 7 out of 7 days a week,
you are nailing it. Learn to be able to ADD onto the
order with sides, sauces, delivery, etc.
VERTICAL marketing. Sending you a bill.
Try as always to get more $, to be at the Top .

In this case, You might want a signed piece of paper stating the chick was properly
cooled, etc. Now I ask do you have a release or Insurance?
