Hi all,
I'm located just NW of Indy (Brownsburg). I have done quite a few briskets and pulled pork through the years. After finding this site (thanks to sawdustguy), I have found that there is a lot to learn!
Currently I just use a cheap upright smoker I got from Lowes for like $80. It does charcoal and propane. It's done the job but it loses a lot of heat due to being cheap. I'm looking at making an UDS very soon.
