Hello all!
I'm a BGE owner of two years and I've been looking for other forums to frequent, hoping to pick up a few tips and recipes here and there. I've got 3 or 4 butts I'm doing this weekend and I've been looking for a new rub to use. I'll often use Paula Deen's butt massage because I like the flavor and it's mild enough to please guests that can't handle a lot of heat, but it's fairly expensive. I've enjoyed John Henry's line of rubs in the past, but I'm looking for something I can whip up on my own.
Looking forward to exchanging opinions and ideas on hardwoods for smoking and lump brands for cooking!
