Cooking & the KCBS Master Judge requirement

On our way to becoming a KCBS master judge, we are required to cook in at least one competition. How do we let the KCBS know we will be cooking?

(I will be cooking with The Old Smokers at Shawnee, KS, this weekend, Sept. 24, 2011. Gonna be fun!)

We've had two Master Judge candidates cook with us. They both had a form from KCBS that we had to fill out.

We had a Master CBJ candidate cook with us just about a year ago and it was a great experience! You can read an article about it here.

Just print out the form in the link that Ron posted & have the head cook fill it out.

A word of advice here: make copies of the filled out form & your signed book before you mail them out. Do the same with the test before you send it back in.

Correction: I am cooking w/ Old Smoquers (not The Old Smokers).
