It's Not Que, Deep Frying Inside...
I was lazy yesterday...
I wanted Chicken, but I also wanted Air Conditioning...... I broke out the Cast Iron Dutch Oven and filled it half way with Peanut Oil and placed it on the stove top @medium high heat till the oil measured 360* As that was heating up I breaded up some Chicken Wing Drummies.... Into the Oil in batches....6.5 minutes a batch Golden Goodness...... I needed something to go with..... Hushpuppies!!! N8 Sized of course!!!! Mighty Tasty!!! Next time I need to try this on the Grill...... Last edited by N8man; 08-29-2011 at 11:23 AM.. |

When my son asked me what I wanted for a superpower, I told him I wanted to be the ability to eat fried chicken without adverse health consequences. Love that chit! And hushpuppies too!

Man o man that looks good! I find it hard to believe that you only had 3 wings. I'd have eaten them all! You can always kettle fry those on your performer!
