Was there any pre-cooking on the bacon? Clue me to the Asian glaze for the salmon, I have a steelhead in the fridge for tomorrow and have been leaning toward an Asian pesto, but I'm open to ideers.

Very, very nice. Thanks for the salmon recipe, and was there any pre-cooking on bacon? I was just talking about doing some of these earlier today and that was the big question as it seems the bacon would cook much slower than the scallops...
