Maybe a Taboo Subject BGE / Weber

My rule on grills is that, if it fits, it fits. I once bought an adjustable grill to put in my Brinkmann but I found that it fits perfectly into the top of aluminum catering pans so I use that for my Hibachi style cooking.

One thing I would hesitate on with any other grill in the BGE is cooking at high temps. If you're gunning to run at 600F or whatever, I'd stick with that heavy duty cast iron grill that comes with the BGE.

That's my $.02USD anyway . . .

YES!
and the weber grid has the handles that make for two level ribs. only thing is the weber grid doesn't fit on the plate setter, legs up very well, but it works if you balance it and you are careful.

the bge comes with a porcelain grid as standard. the cast iron grid is an accessory.

Oh, Lahdy! I just about fell outta me chair there, Rick!

I thought it was The Big One! But it was just my gluttony kicking in . . .

Those ribs look AWESOME!

(I loved Sanford & Sons . . . but wait! There was only the one son, Lamont, right? Sorry - that's off topic.)
