I echo the "Great lookin' grub" from Westy.

I honestly wouldn't have thought to pair wings with Mexican (or did you go for an appetizer and main?).

I ate them together, SD. And they were most agreeable that way. The motivation for the pairing comes from the "Fusion" Throwdown challenge, where the ideal is to combine two or more distinct culinary traditions in one meal. :grin:
 
Awesome, do you make your Margaritas in the washing machine instead of a blender?:p
