Storing pork scratchings/crackling
So I just finished a batch of scratchings and they're currently cooling. I won't be eating them until tomorrow night however so the question is - do I keep them in the fridge or a cupboard? Either one will be an airtight container. I thought the fridge might make them a bit soggy

Scratchings are like fried pork rinds here. The moisture is removed, so let them cool to room temperature and put in a closed container or plastic bag.
