Pulled Pork Butt Tacos :)
I barbecued my second pork butt today -- and it came out just as good as the first! :) I loving this lil mini wsm! :)
I'm finding my favorite use for the pork butt is in tacos topped with salsa verde! :) I love the smokey taste in the tacos with that green tomatillo based salsa! :) (Like last time, I rubbed it with Lawry's seasoned salt only, and used a bit of shack attack for the sauce along with the juice that was in the foil.)

Have you tried enchiladas? We love to use our pulled pork leftovers for those.
Do you make you own salsa verde?

I cook pork butt tacos often. Green tomatillo salsa sounds like a good change. Thanks.

Yeah I've made my own salsa verde, but most of the time I just buy the lil 75 cent cans of it--tastes pretty good. I'll have to try it in enchiladas thanks :)
