The Two Fat Polocks is a BBQ team based out of Manorville, New York. We cook contests in the Northeastern, USA. We have ben cooking as a team for three years now. We were Reserve Grand Champions at the 2007 Battle of the BBQ Brethren in Sayville, NY. We enjoy sharing what we have learned about the sport of competitive BBQ. We are a Family based team and fun is always first in our minds.
