Advise on BBQ concession rig...

Hey guys...

If you were going to buy a BBQ concession trailer for doing fairs and farmers market and such, which one would get and why? I'm looking for suggestions as I'm thinking of expanding for next year.

Yes I know, check with the HD. Trust me, the two guys that do the inspections over there know each other pretty well.

The question on the table is ... If you could have any BBQ concession trailer, what would it be? What is the top of the line? What is the bottom? What is trailer that gives you the most bang for your buck? What is the most over rated?

Got any pics? Did you do it from the ground up, i.e. welding and all? I'm considering doing that, kinda just for fun...once I restock all the welding equipment, saws, etc., that were stolen from my storage unit...

Hell no!

Just converted an enclosed trailer into a kitchen by adding sinks, tanks, pump, electricity, cabinets etc. to my H.D's standards.
