Pardon me Mods if this is not the place.. maybe shoulda been in under "Road trips"?

Will there be a mini-gathering before the CBJ class in Long Island?
If so... what should I bring... besides booze?

we will be cooking for the class the night before.. so depending on how much we are cooking, maybe it can be done here at my place and have a little driveway hoe-down.

Everything we are cooking is actually vegetables.

we are cooking beef(cows), Pork(swine), and chicken. ALL are fed grain, or graze on grass and other plant like stuff.

So being we are what we eat, they are all vegetable.

We're safe.
