LOVE me some wings...
Cooked some wings from a group of Bulldoggers this weekend up in Woodland (Dog show in Dixon), they were a bit hit. I followed my recipe detailed here, they turned out amazing. They were pull apart tender, and oh so juicy.
Sorry for the less than stellar iPhone pics, I actually brought my Canon with the intention of getting some nice shots...but it never happened

Okay, I have seen the stacking method used before but I don't think I have ever seen the reasoning. What function does it actually serve? To me it seems that it might actually inhibit even cooking. Please enlighten me.
