Finally tried mine awhile back. I thought it was a little watery. But I have ahd some Genuswine that Richie sent me from Memphis area that I thought was awesome. Let the Crucifixion begin...We could make a movie out of it and all get a Klose and lifetime supply of wood.

Of course its watery. Blood is watery, and I don't hear you bitching about that :)
Dipping sauce. I love a thin sauce like this as a base for pulled pork. I little goes a long way. Also. not real tomato-y so little sauce burn if any.

IMO Dreamland is farking perfect on chicken and the pork loins, not so much on ribs and brisket. But everyone is different. WTF is genuswine?
