definitely have had them grilled and love them that way. usually though when i get em' grilled it's when the fish is mahi mahi. for tilapia, cod and flounder, i always fry in peanut oil. to me, mahi mahi is the best tasting, so i like to get it blackened on the grill, but the other types of fish, they're fairly bland so they taste best fried IMO :grin:
