Default good quality outdoor catering tent?

Hi,
i was wondering where one can purchase a solid quality catering tent.

maybe something similar to the white tent pictured here?

http://flickr.com/photos/frazgo/2417...7604444416366/

i plan cooking with a santa maria style grill under the tent. i found this
http://www.ezupdirect.com/ezup-insta...ers/exp2vp.php but it seems a little flimsy?

i plan on starting my business come spring/summer so now im prepping my list! thanks all

It looks lie an EZ-up but wouldnt plan on cooking UNDER it, flames and those tents don't mix......

yup, changed my mind quickly about that! maybe i can hack together a small tiny portable tent made of alluminum siding like material and use the ez up canopy for the payment booth. i plan on setting up shop at a flea market and here in nj, it is a must that all food being cooked outdoors are under some kind of ceiling for bird dropping protection.

Is it where food is being cooked or prepped ?? I know in Michigan it is only where it is prepped. The smoker/cooker does not need to be under a cover. I know things are different all over...

That would be strange, as the fire departments here typically require 10 feet from any tents etc.
