New Smoker Day - BWS Style
Got the G2 Chubby this morning down in GA with Andy Bangs.. back home and seasoning.. needs to hurry.. i've got people coming for dinner!! gonna give it a couple hours up at 350 with oil.. cool it down add the racks and water pan back in and i have 2 butts for sometime and a mess of yardbird going on for tonight. should have time to get it seasoned (well, cleaned) and the chicken cooked at least..
