1st Canadian Bacon Pron, With Pig Candy gone wrong and BBB
Well, I did the BBB finally and a round of Canadian Bacon, I also tried my hand at Pig Candy, However It turned out a little crunchy. I really liked the Canadian Bacon, and the wife even liked it. The Buckboard Bacon I'm not so sure about. I haven't sliced it yet but as uneven as the surface is it looks like I will have a hard time getting nice even pieces. Guess I should have tied it up to get a better shape or something. BUT I may be surprised, as long as it tastes good I can handle ugly pieces!

Fantastic looking bacon David!
An electric knife might help with the slicing of the BBB. I'd still munch on that pig candy! Try it again and adjust your cook time accordingly. Keep on smokin!

I'd have a go at that pig candy. Supposed to be crunchy, I thought! CB looks great! The buckboard bacon will be odd shaped, but that don't affect the flavor none - nice job!
