Rotisserie kabobs and BB ribs -New Way

Um, I was planning on using the Wienie wheel attachment I inherited from my Dad

Everything appears to cook evenly. How do the rib ends turn out, since they swing pretty close to the fire at the down swing? I might suggest you include certain beverages with your food photos. Thirst is bad.

Oh I was drinking....no worries there. :grin:

I can't afford the gin n juice Jim so I've been slumming it with vodka drinks, suppose I could punt one in a fancy glass. lol

Rib ends cook as even as does the center, it's all relative if that makes sense.

Love that rotisserie. Going to have to seriously consider building one of those.
Jim making the rotisserie for over the live fire was the best decision. You should build one...great way to cook and the flavor is so natural.
