Default Eden Farms SLCs/Publix brats on the Meadow Creek SQ36

I'm a believer, people. There is something special about offset smoked ribs that a Traeger pellet, two UDS designs and a Hasty Bake can't do.

And there is something else about paying for good pork. Whole Foods had $4/off per pound of their Eden Farms SLCs, just $3.99/lb. Bought two racks. I think I'm done with Smithfield, etc. The taste was truly superior. I'll try shoulder next...when I have eight hours to invest in tendin' the fire!

I'm pretty good with acronyms, but what's SLC? They look a lot like ribs to me
