I went to Sam's Club today,and just as I was walking in, I saw them rolling a big 31" kettle to the check out line. I stopped the employee and asked her how much it cost, and her first response was "This was our only one!" Apparently other ppl asked. Eventually she told me that it was $179 and they expect to get more in. It looked similar to this grill and may have been it, but it had a big 31" grill that fit over the whole kettle and a smaller, 10" or so grate higher for holding meat. Check it out at your local club if you're interested, or buy a few replacement grates to make a 110 gallon UDS
