I'll be eating stuffed shrooms soon, and it'll be due to you, sir!

All of that looks fantastic as always, and I hear ya on unwinding by cooking and feeding. Kinda keeps focus on the essentials.

Got a rack of pork going over here along with some other good stuff and working our way through the Stax box set vol. 2 - life is good!
